Thanks for your kind acknowledgment. Happy to be part of your community. I will get back to you with my thoughts about how to mold your social network. First, I want to sniff around a bit and get grounded in what you're brewing. (I've been on one other Ning Network, sponsored by my publisher, but my interest ended quickly after the initial buzz. The key, I think, is to find ways of ensuring that members have an experience that is meaningful, inspiring and fun. Connecting with other like-minded souls is a good thing, but everyone is so fragmented these days, so multi-tracking, that it's a challenge to sustain the effort required to really connect.
